Reviews and Ratings
This hotel has a cute and inviting atmosphere, making it a lovely place to unwind with a coffee or wine outside. The rooms feel very nice and comfortable. However, it's clear that the owner is living upstairs, which makes the pricing seem a bit on the higher side. While the service offered some extras, it felt a bit rushed at times.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite dark and felt cramped, which wasn't ideal for our mother-daughter weekend. While the location was a definite plus, near downtown Napa and perfect for grabbing a coffee or glass of wine, I found the service lacking as it didn't seem flexible regarding our needs. The facilities were okay, but I didn't feel it offered great value for the price we paid.
My stay was quite enjoyable overall. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from downtown Napa, and the room was nice and comfortable. However, I did feel that the room was a bit dark and somewhat cramped. The dining options were fabulous, though I wished there was more variety for breakfast. The service was good, but there were moments when it felt like they weren't as accommodating as I hoped. Still, the amenities were a plus, making the stay mostly pleasant.
My stay was quite enjoyable with clean and comfortable rooms that made for a pleasant retreat. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to downtown, which was super convenient. However, there were some shortcomings in the service that could use improvement. Overall, it offered good value for money, making it a decent choice for anyone visiting the area.
I had a lovely mother-daughter weekend at this hotel, especially loving the unique setup of our rooms with private entrances. They felt homey, though I think the pricing was a tad high for what we got. The outdoor areas were super cute and inviting, perfect for a cup of coffee, but the service left a bit to be desired as they seemed a little overextended. Overall, it was a fun stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
